Who we are
David Tier is the Principal of Trueman Tier. He has over 25 years of executive and governance experience in property, finance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions.
His broad experience in both CFO and CEO positions enables him to understand challenging and complex businesses and situations, and to astutely navigate and manage these to achieve optimal outcomes. As a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, he has both the technical expertise and commercial acumen required to deliver value, results and solutions. These operational capabilities are complemented by David’s governance experience. He is able to contribute across a variety of disciplines, and can bring clarity and pragmatism to strategic discussions and decision-making.
